Many people who know me also know the fact that I fucking hate Snapdeal now many times they asked me what happened but I just kept this with by saying it's natural but now I think they added another reason to my list to hate them more so here it is why I hate Snapdeal.
1. NonCustomer Oriented Services and crap policies:
In 2013, I bought one router from them but due to lack of knowledge, I ordered a wrong one so I called them to book the return the product as they used to show 7 days no question asked policy but the agent, who took my call, refused my request to return the product as its a mistake from my end and they have delivered what I had asked for, I tried to convince that agent that its genuine mistake and the product that I have received is of no use but still that agent didn't accept the request, I asked to connect with the team leader and like any call center the guy said nobody is available and arranged me call back (which I never received )
2. The company doesn't give a fuck about someone's time.
In 2013, Prior to this incident, I was referred by my friend for some job profile and I reached the office at sharp 12'O clock (as asked by the HR) around 12:15 they took the first round and 12:30 they included me in the group discussion after that they wasted my 3.30 hours around four clock I got frustrated and i asked guard to confirm how much more time its going to take ( I had already disturbed the guard many times in this 3 hours) then the guard informed me that the HR team is gone out for lunch and their phone is not reachable so even he is not sure how much time it's going to take. frustrated their lack of responsibility I left the interview and after that never returned for any job opening that Snapdeal offered me.
3. Affiliate Marketing
recently I came to know about this new term called Affiliate Marketing so I joined Amazon first and then applied for Flipkart and snap deal as both of them offers great commission.
it's been more than 2 months and still, my account request is pending with snap deal. I wrote them mail but never received any reply
I started earning from Flipkart and Amazon and still my Snapdeal affiliate marketing account request is pending.
I don't even know what they are doing, if this is they way they run their organization how they fuck they are surviving the market
Whenever I look at Snapdeal or see anything related to Snapdeal i feel only one thing
"Kismat Mehrban to gadha Pehlwan"
