ELIGIBILITY & DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO RENT
- The renter must be at least 21 years old to drive the rental car.
- With at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Renter must hold full & valid light motor vehicle (Non Transport) license for at least 1 year. Provisional and learner license will not be accepted. No commercial or any special type of license or badge is required to drive our vehicles.
- International renter must present International driving license (also known as International Driving Permit) along with valid driving license issued in their respective countries. The copy of original passport must also be presented.
DOCUMENTS TO CARRY
Apart from valid driving licence, the Renter must also carry a valid passport and/or some other form of government issued ID & residence proof (PAN card, Aadhar ID, Voter id). Please submit copies of these documents online and also carry them at the time of pick up. Credit Card on the name of main driver must also be presented on arrival.

INSURANCE & EXCESS
All our vehicles are covered with mandatory Collision Damage Waiver insurances and you do not need to purchase a separate insurance. Usually our standard insurance comes with excess deductible which further can be reduced to zero by purchasing an additional insurance. For more details, please get in touch with our team.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT TERMS
The Renter must possess a valid credit card on his/her name issued by a scheduled national/international bank. A refundable security deposit is secured from the credit card of main driver. Payments and deposits are also accepted through online banking & cash.
For payments, we accept Visa, Master, American Express and all major credit cards. Cash payments are accepted too.
For security deposit, Visa and Master card are accepted. Cash payments are accepted too for security deposits.
What should I not do with the rental vehicle?
The vehicle must not be used for
- For transporting goods
- For any purpose that could be charged as a Crime, such as; the illegal transportation of Persons or drugs;
- To tow or push anything,
- In a speed test, speed contest, trace, rally,
- Driving off the road, Speed Endurance contest or demonstration.
Vehicles are not allowed to be driven in off-road conditions.

Where is my pick up and drop off location?
You can either visit our office locations to pick up or drop off the rental vehicle. If you would like our delivery and collection services, please let us know. We charge very nominal fee for delivery and collection at your doorsteps.
Can I return the vehicle to a different location?
We do provide one way drop off with additional charges.
What should I do at the time of pick up and after drop off?
At the time of pick up, please read the rental agreement carefully. Kindly ensure that the vehicle is returned in the same condition at which it was provided to you at the start of rental.
RENTAL AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION
Cancellation Policy
a) Zero cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled before 24 hours.
b) If booking is cancelled within 24 hours, 30% of the total fare will be charged.
c) In case of No show, 50% of the total fare will be charged.
Are pets allowed in the rental cars.
We love pets, however they are not allowed inside our vehicle.
Can I smoke inside the car?
No.
Additional Surcharge
In case vehicle is to be taken to Difficult hilly terrain like Ladhakh(J and K), Sangla , Kinnaur, Spiti (Himachal) Badrinath - Kedarnath (Uttaranchal), Sand Dune Safari (Rajasthan), a surcharge of 50% would be applied on the rental.
Fuel Policy
Pick up full and return full. Full tank will be provided at the start of your rental and please ensure that the time of returning the vehicle, fuel tank must be full. In case the tank is not full, additional fuel surcharges may apply.
TRAVELLING ACROSS STATES
Our all vehicles come with All India Permit.
